• If you receive your item and it has defects unstated by the seller, please contact us or the seller within 24hrs of receiving your item.
  • Please do your due diligence check before pick up, as there would be no refund once the item has left the seller’s space. We would advise you to pick items by yourself as much as it lies within your power.. If Unstated defects are seen, please apply immediately for a refund with strong proof (however, don’t expect proof of use on any item stated as used).
  • If you simply change your mind for no reason after making payment and you want a refund before the item is sent, this would process less 20% of the amount paid so be sure to read item details properly or ask questions if any
